In the heart of Downtown Sarasota Florida, there exists a place that you would only think to find in a fairytale! This picturesque local is none other than Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
Eric and Kim Alvarez came to me a few months ago to photograph their wedding. When they told me that it was going to be located at these gardens, I could not wait to get started! The old Florida style home, where Marie Selby herself used to live, provided the most gorgeous light and setting for the bridal party to get ready. The ceremony took place at the massive gazebo on the other side of the gardens which made for quite a trek, but was well worth the effort.
There is no shortage of photo ops here and Kim and Eric were fun and easy to work with. They were married on November 3rd 2012 at sunset.
